摘要
BackgroundAI-supported applications can provide assist-ance for the professional activities of physiotherapists. Parti-cularly in the area of documenting the physiotherapeutic pro-cess, AI-supported, language-based applications can facilitatethe workload of physiotherapists.AimThe objective is to identify the requirements posed byleading stationary physiotherapists for a voice-supported doc-umentation and assistance system. This will enable a user-or-iented development and testing of an AI and language-basedapplication for physiotherapeutic documentation.MethodologyQualitative semi-standardized guideline-sup-ported interviews (N=4) were conducted with subsequent evaluation using qualitative content analysis to structure thecontent.ResultsRequirements were identified that relate to worktasks and processes, the individual wishes and needs of potential users and institutional framework conditions. Dependingon the field of activity, sometimes contradictory requirements for an interoperable voice-supported documentation and assistance system were identified. Interoperability refers tothe ability of electronic information exchange with the respective hospital information system and the information ex-change with patient-owned devices, such as a smartphone. Itbecame clear that the surveyed physiotherapists want to inte-grate the possible functions of voice documentation, voicequery, voice control, voice guidance and voice notification ina targeted manner during their professional activities.ConclusionA voice-supported documentation and assistanceapplication should facilitate physiotherapeutic documentation and enable or promote interprofessional and monoprofessional communication. The hardware or software should be adapta-ble to individual circumstances, user needs, and respectivemedical specialties. The functions of voice documentation, voice query, voice control, voice guidance, and voice notifica-tion should be accessible and intuitive to use. In the develop-ment and use of a voice-supported documentation and assist-ance system, particular attention must be paid to applicabledata protection, interoperability with the respective hospitalinformation systems and the legal obligation to complete doc-umentation of the physiotherapeutic process.
