ANALYSIS OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL INFORMATION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF DYNAMIC CAPABILITIES

Objective: show the need to manage intellectual capital with a focus on innovation for business performance Design/Methodology/Approach : Scientific methods were used, such as: inductive-deductive analysis and synthesis, and historical-logical analysis to identify the main approaches for the evaluation of business performance and the variables for the development of dynamic capacity. of research for analysis and information in different databases Scielo, Scopus and Google Scholar. Results/Discusion : has the relationship of variables with innovation that allows them to be integrated to improve business performance, there is consensus on the relevant role of intangibles in the creation of value of organizations, demonstrating a high theoretical level in the development of this tool, and not so in its practical application as there is no common definition of the variables in the dimensions of intellectual capital, although there is high homogeneity in terms of the identification of the essential components of intellectual capital (human, structural and relational). Conclusions : A close relationship is demonstrated between the driving forces of dynamic capabilities and the variables of the dimensions of intellectual capital, ensuring that complete management of this capital influences training, strategic design, structure, information network, competitiveness, design of processes, technology and leadership Originality/Value : in recent years, scientific studies have multiplied that attempt to determine the intangible assets that most impact business success, calling it intellectual capital, as well as its influence on the performance of organizations, evidencing deficiencies in their relationship with dynamic capabilities.
