Bei Frauen mit einem Krampfleiden stellt sich die Frage, welche Antiepileptika in der Schwangerschaft eingenommen werden k & ouml;nnen. Valproat birgt - neben teratogenen Effekten - ein erh & ouml;htes Risiko f & uuml;r entwicklungsneurologische Defizite. Unter anderem drohen Autismus-Spektrum-St & ouml;rungen. Lamotrigin gilt diesbez & uuml;glich als unbedenklich. F & uuml;r Topiramat fehlen bislang belastbare Daten zum Autismusrisiko.
