摘要
In this work, we introduced a novel gas-solid two-phase flow technique (GSF) for the continuous mechanochemical synthesis of the classic MOFs structure UIO-66(Mn). The synthesized product was thoroughly examined using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, single crystal X-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, XPS Method, and transmission electron microscopy. The results indicated that the product, synthesized using this method, was analytically pure and achieved a high yield without any by-products. We also explored its preparation mechanism by introducing the classical model of solid-phase reaction. The green chemistry metrics of this approach suggest it was significantly more environmentally friendly. Moreover, this work demonstrateed that the method can replace traditional solvothermal methods, offering a novel approach for the mechanochemical synthesis of MOFs.
