摘要
Do we know anything about our cell phone? We have realized for a long time that we didn't choose our mobile phone because of its ability to make phone calls ... smartphones look like an extension of children's upper limbs, since their use is directly connected to the brain and integrated in the movements of the thumb of each hand. The smartphone is the main device for young people, and they use it to do (almost) everything that the previous generation did on the Pc and much more. But as with other technologies, one thing is to be users of what digital resources offer, another thing is to interact with technology in active and experimental ways, developing creative skills. School regulates both the use and the Internet connection of the smartphone with appropriate regulation and provides a protected wi-fi connection. Without the need for sophisticated instrumentation or specific knowledge about programming environments, the smartphone can be put at the service of teaching to transform the traditional classroom into a Sciences and Physics laboratory and stimulate young people's curiosity for scientific investigation even in everyday life. © 2019 Associazione Italiana per l'Informatica e il Calcolo Automatico.
