摘要
The integrated planning and development of Product-Service Systems (PSS) and related business models requires manufacturing companies to set up extensive competence in methods. Due to a rapidly changing business world, planning and development of PSS are characterized by changes in particular. In order to be able to react to changes of any kind, the integration of agile methods in traditional planning and development procedures offers wide-ranging potential. The integration requires versatile adjustments regarding knowledge of methods, available resources, corporate culture and the customer understanding of agile working methods. In this contribution a method is developed to support the introduction of an integrated and agile approach to plan and develop PSS while considering related business models. © Carl Hanser Verlag GmbH & Co.
