To solve the problems such as the increasingly close structure of the 500kV/220kV electromagnetic loop network and the high level of short-circuit current in power system, it is of great significance to study the practical, effective and high-precision partitioning method for the electromagnetic loop network. In this paper, the Dijkstra algorithm was improved and a method of generating open-loop schemes considering regional source-load equilibrium for electromagnetic loopnetwork was proposed. Firstly, the grid equivalent model considering the electric characteristics of source and load was constructed. Then, the combined standby strategy of 500kV substation considering source-load equilibrium was proposed, and the central searching origins of 500kV substation were obtained. Finally, an improved modularity index with the source-load equilibrium factor was constructed. On this basis, a dynamic partitioning principle based on the improved modularity was proposed to obtain dynamic search high-quality partitioning schemes. Based on IEEE 39-bus system and a regional power grid in Hunan Province, the correctness and effectiveness of the method were verified. © 2021 Chin. Soc. for Elec. Eng.
