摘要
Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) accurately assesses the intrinsic characteristics of each tissue, and identifies and quantifies its abnormalities, characterizing it using T1 and T2 Mapping sequences, ECV (Extracellular Volume) evaluation, and late Gadolinium Enhancement (LGE). Objective: Creation of a local database with CMR through tissue characterization sequences, comparing it with recommendations and consensuses of international experts across the literature. Materials and methods: Single-center, outpatient and retrospective study with a sample of 30 healthy volunteers (17 men and 13 women) without cardiovascular risk factors. We performed tissue characterization using CMR mapping T1, T2, T2*, ECV quantification, and LGE. A hemato-crit sample was obtained from all patients 24-36 hours before. Statistics: Students' t test, chi-square and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. P=0.05 was considered of statistical significance. Results: values of means and standard deviation were obtained for Native T1 mapping: 997 +/- 29 ms, Post contrast T1 Mapping: 457 +/- 56 ms; VEC was 27%+/- 3%. T2 Mapping sequences: 52 +/- 3 ms; and T2* 36.9 +/- 4 ms, there was an absence of LGE for all the patients in the sample. The female vs. male population were compared with Native T1 mapping 1.011 +/- 21 ms vs. 986 +/- 31 ms, p=0.017 and T2 mapping 52 +/- 2.5 ms vs. 52 +/- 3 ms p=NS, respectively. Conclusions: A local database was built through CMR sequences with recommended and coincident ranges of consensuses by experts and scientific societies published in the international literature.
