摘要
This paper presents a design method in progress that will develop future scenario within the context of the smart living. After studying other scholars' analysis of futuristic theory and design process, our first study is to combine futuristic research methods with tools used in the design process. Based on the user journey map, we gave something new interaction a try using design research method tools, we redefined translucent paper among those tools as 'Future Sensitive Attached-It Tools'. It contributed to how to predict and design future scenarios of our lives by discovering new approaches to the methods that were originally used in design research. On the other hand, we categorized smart living into two sections : health and security. The second study is understanding which technologies are used for those two sections such as AI, big data and biometric. And then we drew a service blueprint on how those technologies would be developed in the future and be used for smart devices or application in smart living, displaying its service and underlying entire process of smart system.
