摘要
This article shows the design of a research in progress whose purpose is to accelerate the performance of a so-called Technology-Based Company (EBT) recently created at the OSDE Water and Sanitation: the Technical Services Base Business Unit whose mission is, that of providing innovative and timely technical solutions to the problems that prevent the adequate technical management of the water supply and sanitation systems of the companies associated with the OSDE. As main results and in accordance with the methodologies approved for these purposes, the problematic situation, the scientific problem, the general and specific objective, the research hypothesis, as well as the strategy to test it and the expected results are presented in an orderly and sequential manner. Finally, and as part of the preliminary results of the ongoing research, the stages of development planned for EBT from the idea stage to its decline are presented, as well as the tools that will serve as verification of the doctoral research hypothesis.
