Corporate Venturing in Germany and USA

Many established companies join forces with start-ups in the context of corporate venturing to gain access to new technologies, build up new business fields and generate innovations. Most companies represented in the DAX and Dow Jones, including many manufacturing companies, have venture units that initiate and manage these collaborations.
