摘要
Graphite-like carbon nitride(g-C3N4) with lamellar structure was prepared using melamine as raw material via a facile thermal polymerization method at different temperatures in air and argon atmosphere. The effects of melamine pyrolysis in different atmospheres and the thermal stability of g-C3N4 products were studied by TG-DSC, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and Raman. The results showed that the pure phase g-C3N4 with high crystallinity and lamellar structure could be synthesized via the pretreated melamine by thermal polymerization method. In argon atmosphere, g-C3N4 with smooth and compact surface is more favorable than air atmosphere. g-C3N4 with lamellar structure could be observed at 500℃, and it could still exist stably at 700℃. The thermal stability of g-C3N4 synthesized in argon atmosphere was better than g-C3N4 in air atmosphere. © 2021, Materials Review Magazine. All right reserved.
