摘要
In this study, we examined the feasibility of the population guidance by the convenience facility guidance by examining how the population accumulation changes in response to the level of life convenience. As a result, the relationship between population density and living convenience is low, population accumulation is not maintained in highly convenient areas, population density in area where have already urbanized decreases, and population density in suburban area increases. These results are different from the premise of the location optimization plan, and the possibility of guiding the population by the convenience of living is low. © 2021 Architectural Institute of Japan.
