摘要：
The concept of a (sic) operation on a new class of delta P-S-open subsets was defined. The comparisons were made with all other existing open sets with this new open set. Here for the same topological space two different operations (sic) and (sic)' are defined and a new concept of bioperation was introduced. The concepts of [(sic), (sic)']-open sets and [(sic), (sic)']-regular spaces along with some topological properties were analysed. Two types of [(sic), (sic)']-closures were studied with their properties, and the submaximal spaces were analyzed.
