摘要
Clean electric heating utilizing abundant renewable energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaic power is an effective approach to promote renewable energy accommodation as well as reduce pollution from coal heating in northern China. Either bigger or smaller scale of clean heating would lead to inefficient utilization of energy resources in integrated electricity-heat energy system. An optimal planning model to optimize the scale of clean heating, the capacities of electric heating devices and thermal storage devices is proposed. The objective is to minimize fossil energy consumption in the integrated electricity-heat energy system, and planning and operation issues are combined in the model. The simulation for an actual power grid shows the optimization results and the operation of clean heating system. Effects of renewable energy characteristics and constraints on thermal power outputs are analyzed. The model provides guidance for planning of clean heating system. © 2019, Power System Technology Press. All right reserved.
