摘要
Traditional linear sliding mode observer has the problem of inherent chattering and slow convergence. In view of this problem, an second-order nonsingular terminal rotor flux sliding mode observer (SMO) for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was proposed. Firstly, the nonsingular terminal sliding mode surface was introduced to improve the convergence rate of SMO, and the high-order sliding mode was adopted to suppress the chattering of the system. Then, the influence of parameters perturbation of SMO on magnitude and phase of the estimated flux were analyzed quantitatively, including rotor electric angular velocity error and stator resistance. Finally, analysis of parameters perturbation influence on amplitude and phase of the estimated flux were verified by experiment, and the experiment results show that the influence of stator resistance perturbation on estimated flux is small. © 2020, Harbin University of Science and Technology Publication.
