摘要
With the advancement of intelligent construction of coal mine, some problems restricting the development of the industry have become increasingly prominent. For example, the problem of “information island” has not been completely solved, a large number of mines with poor conditions still have not broken through the data flow barriers between subsystems, while the data platforms of advanced mines mainly stay in the stage of data aggregation, and the cross-system integration of data has not yet been realized, thus block the achievement of business collaboration. Besides, the management informatization level of coal mining enterprises lags behind other advanced industries, the horizontal and vertical management modes are still relatively backward, most of them still stay in the traditional non-information or semi-information mode, lacking an integrated and collaborative management system. Afterwards, missing of sharing platform results in repeated development of many homogeneous software with relatively single function, which impede the reuse of high-quality software and the sharing of technology accumulation. In addition, equipment communication interfaces are not unified, data protocol standards are inconsistent, system integration is difficult, and collaborative control level is low. Therefore, it has become an urgent demand for the coal mining industry to build an integrated mine management and control platform, integrate the data of various automation subsystems under the mine and on the ground, and realize unified monitoring, unified scheduling and unified decision-making. In this paper, the connotation of the mine integrated management and control platform was defined with reference to relevant national and industrial standards, and the construction requirements of the primary, intermediate and advanced mine integrated management and control platform were clarified respectively according to the three-level evaluation system of intelligent coal mine combined with the goal of intelligent construction. Based on the requirements, the overall architecture of the mine integrated management and control platform was designed, and the functional division and technical implementation of each part were determined. Afterwards, the key technologies including unified EIP data object model, big data fusion platform, container platform, data exchange and sharing, and master data management applied in the mine integrated management and control platform are expounded in detail. Finally, the deployment architecture and collaboration method of the platform were introduced. And the data fusion capability and comprehensive management and control capability of the mine intelligent integrated management and control platform were verified through the test system. The results showed that the platform could support the production, safety and management requirements of coal mine effectively, strengthen vertical linkage and horizontal coordination, promote the safe, efficient and refined operation of the coal mine, thus achieve cost reduction and benefit increase. © 2022 China Coal Society.
