摘要
A parallel direct-driven permanent magnet synchronous motor with stator connected dual-rotors synchronous is proposed, used in twin screw pump and extrusion load parallel drive mechanical equipment. The motor removes driving equipment such as driving gear, solves the problem of dynamic seal, ensures load parallel two-shaft synchronization, and improves system efficiency. This paper presents the basic structure and operation mechanism of this motor, and proposes the area between two rotors called synchronous region. Meanwhile, according to the equivalent magnetic circuit method, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the magnetic circuit in the synchronous region and the electromagnetic relationship of the motor in detail when the two rotors in different positions. The design method of motor is then put forward, and the influence of synchronous region on motor performance is analyzed. A motor is designed and manufactured for simulation and experimental study. The results indicate that the proposed motor meets the requirements of direct-driven load. Compared with the original drive motor, it has the advantages of higher efficiency, better reliability, better sealing, smaller volume and higher synchronization. © 2020, Electrical Technology Press Co.
