摘要
The establishment of China Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area indicates that the practice of China's cross-border e-commerce is moving forward at a more open pace. In a way, the qualitative and quantitative research on regional economy can promote the practice of regional development. Therefore, the evaluation of the collaborative development capabilities of Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area in the new era has become an attractive issue to meet the needs of practice. This paper focuses on the competitive cooperation capabilities of Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area. Based on the comprehensive evaluation method, it introduces the relevant concepts of Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area and competitive cooperation capability. In the process of exploring the applicability and scientific nature of the indicator system, it draws the comprehensive evaluation system. With the analytic hierarchy process, it constructs the weight system, hoping to be some path references for the collaborative development practice and evaluation theory.
