<正>Dear editor,Polyarteritis nodosa(PAN) is a rare form of vasculitis involving small-and medium-sized vessels in multiple organs. Severe gastrointestinal(GI) hemorrhage in PAN due to multiple ruptures of aneurysms of arteries is uncommon and life-threatening.
