In the artikle considers in detail the priority directions of a modern paradigm of education. The conditions of the formation of modern specialiti "prepareness" to realize them in his own practical activity are also given detailed consideration. At that "prepareness" it self in regarded as a pedagogical category clemending a definite system of its formation taking into cousideration the periods and the comprising components, integrity its representation as the result of teaching the students at the university.
