摘要：
Treatment of fused primary teeth can be challenging. At times, a simple procedure of separation of the fused teeth enables the clinician to imitate normal dental development, normal exfoliation of the prima teeth and the normal eruption sequence of the permanent teeth, thus solving an esthetic and functional problem, and intercepting a most probable local malocclusion.
