摘要
This paper has analyzed the influence of the public labour market policies in the process of intensification and spread of the labour insecurity and social exclusion experimented in Spain. Methodologically, this research is twofold, both quantitative (statistic analysis from secondary sources) and qualitative (documentary review and analysis of the discourse of experts from institutional ambit). The results of this research indicate that Spanish labour legislation that promotes the atypical forms of hiring and by a system of benefits with limited spending and low coverage, force workers to accept lower quality jobs. Public labour market policies has become in stimulating factors of labour insecurity and social exclusion, due to promote both of them. Therefore, the institutional sphere created by the latest labour reforms, that works in a disciplinary way, weakens the social integration of the workers.
