摘要：
Diamond-mining industry takes an important place in Russian economy. In this way, increasing investment activity by perspective foreign projects, which is consist of building and rebuilding working diamond-mining enterprises, have an important meaning. In the article an analysis of the diamond market is carried out; the main perspectives and tendentious of its development is mentioned; the main methodic how to value efficiency of investment projects is considered; the estimate of efficiency investment projects by increasing the extraction of ore at with the help of chosen economical criterions was done.
