Transitional justice and State responsibility: With regard to the Colombian State and the peace process

The most representative conflicts throughout history and the serious human rights violations that have accompanied them, are the most compelling evidence of why the implementation of transitional justice processes is, and has been necessary in various scenarios. On this point, Colombia is the only country in Latin America that keeps the "endemic" presence of an armed conflict alive, and even the peace talks in Havana, Cuba, there are remaining challenges in the realization of transitional justice.
