摘要
Two novel optical configurations for obtaining the slope change contouring of a three-dimensional object are presented. The slope change information is coded in the phase of the interference fringes by a slight rotation of the specimen surface. The methods offer controllable sensitivity capabilities. The methods are theoretically described and the limitative aspects are briefly discussed. The proposals are supported by experimental evidence.
