摘要
Experiments on dephosphorization of molten iron containing manganese (13-35 wt%), carbon (0-5 wt%), and phosphorus (0.1 wt$) by Na2 Na2O-based fluxes (Na4SiO4, Na4SiO4-NaF) were carried out from 1300°C to 1550°C. The effects of the carbon and manganese contents in the molten iron. NaF and MnO2 additions to the flux, and temperature on dephosphorization were investigated. The phosphorus distribution ratios, as affected by carbon content in the melt, and the Na2O and MnO contents in the slag were also investigated. In addition, the equilibrium concentration of phosphorus was calculated from thermodynamic data.
