10 MINUTES TO DEATH, 10 MINUTES TO LIVE

This essay is a conceptual and experiential reflection on the process of structuring, presentation and socialization of the international project "10 minutes", which was carried out by four Latin American universities. It consisted in that each team had to prepare a scene about what happened to them in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to the people that would pass in that place during the last ten minutes of its life. For a little more than a year the general team worked to couple and harmonize the four proposals and offer them as a single event and present the result at the International Theater Festival in Manizales Colombia, 2016. One of the key issues was the relationship body technology and how people By means of the machine they manage to sustain the existence and at the same time as the machineries affect in its life. The project led me to a fruitful debate on the relationship between the actor / actress and the performer and the post dramatic theater and the performance, debates that I analyze and through which this writing goes through.
