摘要：
There are various obstacles that may arise from gender differences that inhibit women from being promoted to management levels in business life. Their promotion to top management has not kept pace with their increasing numbers in the business world. This study discusses women's career priorities and working conditions, and their impact on women working in the tourism industry.
