摘要
This paper considers that the Brazilian Supreme Court (STF) is a important player in Brazilian political decisions, in addition to perform its essential function of constitutional guardian. Some of these political decisions have influenced public policies communications, impacting activities and media, establishing legal criteria that guide the formulation and to effective communication public policies. In this sense, this paper aims to present and analyze the decisions of the STF in ADI 821, 3944 and ADO 9 which, by hypothesis, have impacted the execution of public policies related to social communication.
