摘要：
This work collects, organizes and analyzes economic conditions and the characteristics that made the economy in 2009 and served as the basis for determining the legal monthly minimum wage of 2010, its economic implications, and contributions to the discussion of interested in the subject, such as entrepreneurs, government, workers, academics and politicians to help explain how this special price is fixed and important part of the economy.
