摘要
Current case-report demonstrates the features of successful surgical treatment of patient with incarcerated giant recurrent incisional ventral hernia complicated by unformed enteric fistulae, hernial sac phlegmon and diffuse peritonitis. Success of treatment proves the possibility of definitive surgery application in peritonitis in patient with latent organ dysfunction due to timely radical source control and developed postoperative measures.
