摘要
This article examines the so-called Bologna Process, the establishment of a university education policy common to member states of the European Union and others, which now amounts to 45 countries, in order to build an area of higher education consistent, compatible and attractive to its students and other continents. The process is ongoing, with Portugal the first country to adopt it. There is evidence of the influence of Bologna in Brazil, because in 2008 the Federal Government announced the intention to develop an educational policy of supranational with the creation of four federal public universities, committed to promoting social inclusion and regional integration through knowledge and partnership.
