摘要：
The legal succession used in the procedural law branches is analyzed in the article. Based on the general disciplinary legal succession theory, a new view is proposed on the such typical procedural law proceeding as changing the original jurisdiction during the case hearing. A conclusion is made about the opportunity of the singular succession in the procedural law branches, the corresponding examples are given. The author is sure the the analysis performed will allow for a new understanding of the legal successionors.
