摘要
The Web has developed into the most important scholarly communication platform and has made more and more scientific information accessible. Researchers in web seek information, communicate with others and publish their works through it. Therefore, it can be used in macro scientific evaluation of countries. This paper studies the relation between CEE countries' rank based on number of documents and their rank based on Rich Files in Web. Also, through this process the situation of Estonia is studied. The results show that correlation between these two variables is significant at high level so it can be said that rank of CEE countries can be an indicator of their scientific situation. Rank of Estonia based on two indicators has two unit differences, and is less than half of countries.
