摘要：
The article examines positions of understanding the contents of assessing categories and law conceptions at they took shape in Russia. The analysis made it possible to come to a conclusion about the essential elements of assessing categories and law conceptions. The analysis itself and the conclusions drawn as its result are considered to be able to remove the existing problem of understanding of assessing categories and conceptions of law norms.
