摘要：

The article themathizes the place of law in the reproduction of class society, giving a reflection on the current moment of political crisis in Brazil and the systemic crisis of capital, after the arrest of ex-President Lula. We review the contributions of marxist critique in analyzing the legal form, including the possibilities of constructing some kind of "true justice" in capitalism, analysing, finally, the attacks against the worker's rights nowadays in Brazil.
