摘要：

The aim of this paper is to carry of a thorough analysis of constitutional case-law related to the function of parliamentary control. Constitutional decisions on both national and regional parliaments will be considered, since it is the very function of political control, no matter its realm, the aim of the research. The two major approaches developed by our Constitutional Court will serve as an introductory guide in order to establish the common background to the range of control instruments.
