The Internet Service Providers Liability for the Transgressions to the Intellectual Property Rights (Author's and Related Rights)

The subjects involved in introducing and bringing into circulation the contents through the Internet are the online service providers, this is, the providers of contents, the intermediation services providers, and the users. This work analyses the liability of the intermediation services providers, in other words, those making possible to providers of contents and average technical users that introduce and make accessible, to access and recover the loaded and available contents on the network. So that, it's about determining whether in the world of information, characterized by the electronic interchange of innumerable goods and services, the lenders of intermediation services, as main components of the above service chain, could bear liability by virtue of the illicit activities committed by the final users of such services, and if so, in which supposed cases such liability would be attributed and in which other cases they could benefit by a legal exemption.
