摘要
Asymmetric-top energy eigenvalue sum rules are presented. These are based on a fourth-order vibration-rotation Hamiltonian. The reduction of the Hamiltonian to forms that involve no more than the maximum number of combinations of constants that can be determined from experiment is discussed. © 1969.
