The Way of Law and Provision of Economic Security by the Criminal-Law Means

The author analyses the issues of development of Russia's law on the stage of the country's change-over to the economy of high efficiency, makes clear the meaning of the criminal-law means which provide economic security of the country, offers suggestions of their improvement. The author comes to the conclusion that the country in the transitory period needs a new criminal legislation, gives ideas of general outlay of such legislation, introduces specific proposals on this account.
