摘要：
This article analyzes the content and means to cease the operation of the regulatory legal acts in Russia's law, establishing the most significant signs helping to highlight this phenomenon in the arsenal of legal technique. Revealing this phenomenon, the author shows its complex institutional value. The author names some particular problems of the functional existence of the phenomenon and marks the prospects of its general theoretical knowledge.
