摘要
Noise and neutron depolarisation (ND) mea surements on a particulate recording tape, at various remanent states through the dc demagnetisation remanence curve, are presented. The microstructure of the tape is discussed in relation to both media noise and a correlation length ξ, derived from a ND experiment. The existence of density variations and superdomains elongated along the applied field direction (length direction of the tape) is deduced. © 1990 IEEE
