Local Construction of Health: What Are the ky Factors for Success in Local Community Health Project

The local scale is the first level for health, both in terms of care and in terms its non-medical determinants (social and environmental). This level is, in principle, the place of meeting of actors from different sectors gathered for the construction of community health projects. Based on an international comparison, this text underlines the factors that allow the success of such projects and identifies key dimensions that constitute these factors and can be summarized in three challenges: making territory, making community, making health.
