摘要
Stochastic models used until now for the description of mixing processes give the expected states of the system at different times but do not predict the possible concentration deviations from the expected values caused especially by large-scale random effects. This paper suggests a theoretical approach to considering these random variations and to estimating the relative dominance of randomness compared to the tendentious changes in a real mixing process. This new method was applied to the evaluation of experimental data obtained in two bulk solids mixers. © 1990.
