摘要：
A target and stages for planning development of sophisticated software tools (ST) are discussed. Required source data and some special features of the data technology ore accented. The technology for developing a plan and working schedule are proposed for software systems having different level of complexity. The software package PLAPS, which is designed for software development planning computerization, is presented.
