摘要
The 180° Bloch domain wall structure problem in a cubic ferromagnet with inhomogeneous magnetic anisotropy is considered. It is shown that domain wall (DW) stabilization on the planar magnetic anisotropy inhomogeneity (PMAI) increasing the DW energy takes place, if the PMAI segregates the intermediate directions of M in the DW and the PMAI width is less than δ. The DW energy dependences upon the PMAI width for constant and/or changing value of the PMAI amplitude are obtained. © 1990.
