摘要：
Tephrelalis sexincisa gen. et sp. n. (type locality: Kedrovaya Pad state Natural Reserve, Primorye) is described. It is close to South African Parasphenisocides enzoria (Munro), differing from it by partially white postocular bristles; it is also similar to Tephrella decipiens from India differing by absence of upper orbital bristle, as well as by other minor details of wing pattern. The type specimen is deposited in Zoological Museum of Moscow University.
