摘要
Debris flows are episodic events; they occur within a very short time, particularly with very heavy rainfall in isolated areas. Recently, some observation systems have been set up on the basins in Japan where debris flows occur several times a year. An analysis has been made based on recorded data on film showing the mechanism of debris flow of sedimenary rocks, moved by gravity.
