摘要：
This article provides an overview of developments in post-Rawlsian philosophy. The author identifies the principal constructs of Rawls' theory of justice in order to explore the liberal-communitarian debate that it sparks. The latter clarifies the immediate precursors of analytical Marxism, primarily Van Parijs's proposal for a basic universal income. Finally, the article analyzes the Republican reading of Rawls and Habermas that inspires, indirectly but substantially, an alternative model of deliberative democracy.
